This kind of comparison will not be necessary. Just compare these two cars in Myanmar WAY.
A lot of car buyers and Dealers in Myanmar just check Engine Power, Body Style, Fuel Consumption, etc.
They just compare the main points of the car. RIGHT?

carmaster

That’s right. If you are looking for a car use in Myanmar and compare within this two cars. What is your choice and why ?

June 16, 2012 at 8:55 pm #16331

saizinphyo

Both of the cars are good on their own.
In my option, I will rater choose Toyota Harrier than Toyota Kluger because it is good for both ON-Road and OFF-Road Driving as it has Rear-Sided Engine which is good for rough Roads in Myanmar although its Fuel Consumption is a little bit more than Toyota Kluger.

As for Toyota Kluger, it is aimed for ON-ROAD comfort on Smooth Road like Yangon-Mandalay New Road as it has Front-Sided Engine.

If you buy, you should choose Toyota Harrier 2003 (not 1999) OR Toyota Kluger 2001.

What is better to choose Toyota Harrier 2003 than 1999? Generally latest model is better allbody kown. 1999 model CIF is 5000 US$ but 2003 model CIF is more than 15000US$ you must pay alotof TAX.Please discribe, compare within 1999 & 2003 model only car condition and specification.

Just consider to buy Toyota Harrier 1999 2.2 4×4 Model. There is only few differences between 2003 and 1999 Harrier Model. The Fuel consumption of 1999 is a little more than 2003. The main difference is the Exterior and Interior Design. Not so many differences in Engine and Mechanical. That is why the Fuel Consumption of 2003 and 1999 becomes almost the same. Only Third generation 2009 Hybrid Model can terminate the BLACK Name called ”FUEL KILLER THE HARRIER” because its fuel consumption is so Tiny as much as Honda Insight.
